To enable Grandie, the Family Administrator will need to turn it on from within the Applications Menu of GrandPad Central or Admin Tools with the companion app. Grandie is a blue button with an owl icon. You are also welcome to give us a call at 1-800-704-9412 and we'll assist you with the process.
